Exhibit: Tying The Knot – New Castle Nuptials Since 1784
Old Library Museum and Amstel House. These exhibits feature fourteen historic wedding dresses, a groom’s suit, and a variety of accessories from the Historical Society’s extensive clothing collection. The Old Library is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 1 pm to 4 pm, and admission is free. The Amstel House is open Wednesday through Saturday, with scheduled tours beginning at 10 am, 12 noon, and 2 pm. Sunday tours begin at 12 noon and 2 pm. Admission to the Amstel House is $4.00.
