This Week's Specials:  Monday is Oyster Night!  Featuring Salty Chincoteague Oysters on the half-shell harvested from the seaside of the Island.  Ask your server about the oyster inspired dishes such as Oyster Bienville, Oysters Rockefeller as well as the hand breaded oysters with honey chipoltle aeoli and pot pies from the Bill of Fare.  Chef Lee suggests you sample these with a pint of Guinness!  Tuesday is 'Tini nite featuring $3 Rail martini's.  Wednesday - Get thru "Hump Day" with our $3 Signature drinks.  Thursday - Bring a date and receive half price on a signature bottle of wine.    Saturday is Prime Rib Night - Back by popular demand Jessop's will feature its classic William and Mary Oven Roasted Prime Rib with garlic mushrooms.  Available in King and Queen sizes accompanied with a rosemary horseradish au jous.  Sunday - Bloody Mary's are only $3.

Dave, the Owner and Chief Cook offers a complete breakfast menu...It is pretty much anything you could want, and if he doesn't have it, he may very well make it for you (if you ask nicely).

The Lunch Menu is varied and extensive and includes classic sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, steaks, soups and salads among other items.  Dave's prices are terrific!

This thoroughly American establishment offers a limited prix fixe menu consisting of hot dogs, chips, sodas and bottled water. The grand view of the Delaware River, seating on park benches and the Battery Park lawn are all free courtesy of Mother Earth and the City of New Castle. If you are walking your dawg, your canine can lap bottled water from their Dawggie Bowl.
